Notification of arrival in Kazakhstan of foreign citizens:

1. A notification of the arrival of a foreigner must be submitted within 3 business days from the day of his/her arrival in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It does not depend on the order of entry and the purpose of the visit.
2. The notification is submitted by the receiving party to the migration service
3. Untimely submission of a notification entails administrative liability of the receiving party

The following information is required for notification:

• A passport (copy);
• Valid visa of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the passport (copy);
• Temporary residence address;
• Legal data of the receiving party
